What does are professional packing offer? our packing offers Oxygenation, Double and Triple bagging (sometimes more if needed) as well as liner bags, Styrofoam and cardboard boxes. Heat packs are added when weather is to cool.

Tranquilizing: may be done on large specimens or fish with ridged fin structure such as Plecostomus, Ect. we will tranquilize on request only.

shipping Methods:  We ship with USPS, Delta air Cargo and South West. We ship only with highly reliable shipping carriers.

Our Guarantee/policy: In the case of DOA Please send Pictures with in 1 Hour of the package being delivered of the Specimens in there bags (still closed with Rubber Bands on) and pictures of the the box. You must be available for the 1st delivery attempt to be eligible for a refund. If shipper is at fault you (the Buyer) Must file a claim with the shipping company for a refund. If we are at fault we will gladly send you a prompt refund.
