Majestic products are
Live Arrival Guarantee at time of delivery if using overnight or same
day shipping services (Priority mail is guaranteed on occasion on
certain fish), please have an authorized individual
available upon delivery to inspect and except ordered items. (Please
see disclaimer as to shipper mishandling.) $25 restock charge if
refused. Majestic representative is authorized to make adjustments to
invoice if needed.
Payments can be made by
cash, check, or credit card (Via Google Check out) (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) in US
funds. Checks must be authorized in advance of delivery (and
clear prior to shipping for orders out of our delivery area). $30
return check charge. Payment in advance of shipment on all items, or
substantial deposit with balance C.O.D. Payment upon delivery is
acceptable for clients in good standing. Freight, packing, container and
any C.O.D. or other fees are at cost to the buyer and will be added to the
final invoice.

Established regular
clients may apply for credit, credit authorization is at the sole
discretion of Majestic Aquatic, should credit be extended--Terms are
10 days net. Invoice must be paid in full and any credits or adjustments
will be credited to next invoice or a refund check will be issued by
Majestic direct to you, there are no exceptions. Failure to honor Terms
will terminate credit line and may cause legal proceedings which costs
will be attached. Credit provided by Majestic International.
Delivery charges or special
handling charges may apply.
