The fish were here first thing this morning. They were in good shape temp

was 80 but they were swimming around. Put them in there new home and just

left them they are doing great. Thanks for the book too. I was able to get

The discus arrived in wonderful condition. They are still a bit washed out in the tank but they will get comfy in the next day or two and color on up.

With the yellow being so washed out right now it’s difficult to tell but is he a Yellow Diamond?

The fish are now completely settled in and showing all their beautiful

colors. I spent about twenty minutes just staring at them. All i can say

is wow. They have beautiful colors, beautiful patterns, i couldn't be

happier with them. They are just stunning fish. Thank you so much!

I just got back from Kokomo IN. (1.5 hour drive) the post office called and asked if I could come over there to pick it up. I agreed, when I got there I went to the employee

entrance and told them who I was and that I had a box there that was leaking, they said o' yea and went to get my box. I cut the box open to look inside (expecting to see all D.O.A) , I seen 3 bags had water in the corner only (figured well those are dead) BUT wait their gills are still moving, they are all alive , three bags had just enough water in the corner for them to pull through their mouths to survive and what beautiful discus they are. I cant thank you enough Bruce , Not only do you have beautiful discus but you sure know how to pack'em. I AM SO HAPPY.

The clowns are doing awesome and I was wondering about putting together a mixed order soon. Could you tell me what your cheapest adult discus are? I am not super concerned with perfect specimens, I just need to bolster my numbers. I would also probably want about 4-6 cories, whatever you have is fine. I think you had pandas last time I checked. And of course some more clowns ha ha.

So basically I am just wondering what you have for adult discus. I live real near mac of "macs discus" but most of his adults are too pricey. Thanks Bruce!

I just got done checking out your site. It sounds like you had a very adventurous yet tiring trip. Your RV looks alot like ours. I think yours is bigger though I didn't look that close. We have 24 footer. I hope things are going good for all of you and that your summer is shaping up to be a very nice one. All of my discus are looking great. I even put a bid on some you posted to aquabid the tangerine ones. I am also interested in the blue mix and the red mix too. It would just be a weird mix because I would be getting them airport shipped again to make sure they make it okay. :)

Also I was wondering what kind of pleco you have for sale? I am a pleco lover for sure. I have a queen arabesque, 2 albino, 1 grey sultan, a gold nugget, a bunch of butterfly ones ( I think they are called that but they are HUGE), a royal pleco, and that is all I can think of at the moment but I always love to get more plecos. I haven't had much luck with breeding the discus but I haven't lost a single one from your shipment of 24 and that is pretty awesome stats. I have had two mate but they always eat the eggs. I paired up some yellow/yellow dragon ones and am hoping they will mate. I hope to hear from you soon, Paige

I just wanted to send these pics to you and let you know that they are all alive and doing very, very well! Sorry about the poor quality of the pics, my camera isn't the best (these pics do the fish NO justice!). I added some text to some of the photos so you can get an idea of thier actual size. The last time I sent you some photos I was having water problems and you said the fish looked stressed. I've since remedied the problems and would love to hear what you think about them now! Also on your tour if you have time, it would be great to have you come out to the house for a day or two,check out the national corvette museum,GM corvette assembly plant,lost river cave-underground boat tour,Mammoth Cave National park,etc..Or hang around the house, I have Nine tanks, Angels and Discus. Thanks for the copy of Jim Quarles book, it brings back memories of hearing him talk. He really had a common sense approach to keeping discus and it made his program enjoyable. Thank you for your time and guidance...we learnt a lot, and thank you for your kind words about my son as well...he captured everything you said...he was checking on Sunday all day which fish were eating well to se how they are doing! Everything went well...most of them ate well the live worms, and some brine, and seemed fairly comfortable. We ended up with the one with the nip in the eye anyways, but seem to be doing well. The two little ones from the same tank are the most timid and remain shock for now, tucked in a corner...the other six are pretty open, exploring and eating well. I'll keep you posted, and please let me know if you have any individuals that are different than what we got...either a clear snakeskin, a dotted leopard, a solid turq/green...I am sure I will have question as I travel this journey and may impose on you from time time.

Yep, these are them! I am very happy to see them. They are gorgeous. And,

actually, the first pair are really gorgeous now, all settled in and showing

The fish are excellent quality. Their fins were high and they didn't really hide when they went into the tank. I'm sure the color will fill out more. I'm going to post a recommendation for you in the forums on aqua bid sometime this week.Bill
